Majority of the fans are super impressed with the teaser of Sanju

After much speculation, the first poster and teaser of Rajkumar Hirani’s biopic on Sanjay Dutt was dropped yesterday (April 24). Titled Sanju, this one stars Ranbir Kapoor, who plays Bollywood’s Baba. ‘One man… many lives’ is the tagline of the film. The teaser kicks off with Ranbir as the titular ‘Sanju’ coming out of Yerwada Jail in one of the many avatars of Sanjay. From his drug addiction days to when he faced terrorism charges, the teaser offers a sneak peek into the different phases of Dutt’s controversial life. The teaser is probably not a part of the actual film as only the last few seconds feature actual film footage. The teaser was launched by Ranbir, Raju and producer, Vidhu Vinod Chopra, at an event that was held in Mumbai yesterday.

We were super impressed with it, but we wanted to ask you, our readers, is it just us or you were too blown away with the teaser of Sanju. Hence we decided to run a poll and well, the verdict is out! Turns out, we were not the only ones who were going bonkers as 70 percent of fans loved the teaser too. We are not surprised. Check out the results right here

This is Ranbir’s second collab with Rajkumar, if we count his special appearance in Aamir Khan starrer PK. And after looking at the teaser, we can’t wait to watch the trailer, which will be out in couple of weeks. It will reveal the entore cast, which also includes Anushka Sharma, Paresh Rawal, Sonam Kapoor, Dia Mirza, Karishma Tanna, Manisha Koirala, Jim Sarbh, Vicky Kaushal and Boman Irani.

Bankrolled by Vinod Chopra Films and Rajkumar Hirani Films in association with Fox Star Studios, Sanju is all set to be released on June 29, 2018. Watch this space for further updates.
