Priyanka Chopra is all set to start shooting for her first Bollywood films in three years, Bharat. The Ali Abbas Zafar directed movie is based in the South Korean film, Ode to My Father and stars Salman Khan as the male lead. We already know that Salman will be seen essaying the role of a man in various stages of his life. We will see him age till 60 years in the movie, with help of prosthetics, of course. Turns out, Priyanka, too, will be required to look aged in the movie. The actress has earlier sported the old woman look in her movie, 7 Khoon Maaf.

While talking to DNA, Ali revealed, “Like Salman, PC will also sport five different looks. She will age from 28 to 60 years, while he will age from 25 to 65 years in the film. We will use a mix of prosthetics, make-up, and VFX.”

Well, the story doesn’t end there. For each of Priyanka’s look at different stages, Ali has various actresses from yesteryear in his mind as inspiration. He said that each of Priyanka’s look “will be modelled on actresses like Zeenat Aman, Parveen Babi, Sharmila Tagore and Shabana Azmi”. He also said that it will encompass the style of these heroines from ’60s to 2010.

BTW by doing so, Ali has given us some crucial plot details of Bharat. Now, we know the exact time frame the movie is set in. And if Salman is alive at 65 and Priyanka is alive at 60, then we know that the two characters will meet when Salman is 38. Probably. And if not that, it means Priyanka’s character dies in the movie before Salman’s because mentioned age span is lesser.

Bharat also stars Tabu, Sunil Grover, and Disha Patani in key roles. Disha will be seen essaying the role of Salman’s estranged sister.
