SRK and kids are celebrating the day at home…

AbRam is having an Independence Day celebration with his friends, and we have to thank Shah Rukh Khan for this picture

Like all working fathers, it was Shah Rukh Khan‘s day off too, today and the doting parent that he is, he decided to spend some good time with AbRam and his friends at home. It was a small celebration of Independence Day at SRK’s residence as it turns out from the picture he shared on social media. “‘Tum hi Bhavishya ho mere Bharat Vishal ke, Iss Desh ko rakhna mere bachhon sambhaal ke…’ Happy Independence Day to all. Celebrating at home with our future generation of gentle, kind & pure Indians.” [sic] King Khan shared his sentiments in the caption. The picture sees the 5-year-old holding the tricolour high, and he seems to be hosting a bunch of friends over a meal. There are balloons adding a splash of colour to the setup and it seems to be quite a fun get together of the kids. Here, have a look…

AbRam turned 5 this May, and Shah Rukh made a revelation to us on Twitter. He warned people to not call AbRam a 5-year-old as he wrote, “My sunshine turns 5 yrs today but he thinks he is 9! Please don’t tell him otherwise if u meet him. Children should hear their own music, sing their own songs & believe in their own lil dreams…& yeah, hug their papa a lot..” [sic] There’s an important message that SRK gave through that message about bringing up kids. There’s no denying the fact that he dotes on AbRam irrespective of his ridiculously busy schedules. He ensures to make time for his kids either at home or on a vacay.

On the work front, Shah Rukh will next be seen in Zero which is one of the most anticipated movies of 2018. The film, that also stars Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif in lead roles, has us excited for two major reasons. First, it features SRK as a dwarf, and second, it’s his collaboration with Aanand L Rai. The teaser left us stumped with Salman Khan’s appearance. Even Katrina Kaif’s look from the film that was revealed on her birthday was a mind-blowing one
