Doctors have declared Ranveer Singh fit to start the intensive training for Simmba!

Yay! Ranveer Singh recovers from his shoulder injury; to kickstart training for Simmba soon

Ranveer Singh is one helluva actor who puts more than his 100 per cent for a film. The actor had injured his shoulder a couple of years ago while shooting for a movie. And while he had a surgery and recovered in a couple of weeks back then, the painful shoulder injury had recurred a few months back. The actor consulted a doctor, took the appropriate treatment and physiotheraphy and looks like he is fully fit once again. The doctors have even given him a good ahead to kickstart training for Rohit Shetty’s Simmba.

Ranveer was supposed to wrap up Gully Boy and start training for Simmba by mid-April. And though everything has been delayed by a week or so, we are sure Ranveer will put in double shifts and kick off shooting for Simmba on time. The actor will now undergo weight training and will bulk up for the film. But that doesn’t mean he will stop his follow up with the doctors. He will continue undergoing physiotherapy and consultation for a couple of months so that the injury doesn’t happen again. As a source revealed, “Ranveer is fully fit and he is raring to start training for Rohit Shetty’s Simmba. The director wants Ranveer to be in his best shape and Ranveer will put in everything to bulk up and looked his ripped best. On Saturday evening, Ranveer’s doctor gave him the good news that his shoulder has had a full recovery. He will continue visiting his physio as conditioning of his shoulder continues. He no longer needs to wear the sling! This is superb news for Ranveer who has his training plan already chalked out for Simmba. It will be gruelling and intense and he is exciting to start.”

Talking more about his training for Simmba, the source further added, “Ranveer will start training his lower body for the first few days and mix up upper body exercises to get the shoulder back into the groove and from May 1st, he will start heavy upper body exercises. The physio has worked non stop to ensure Ranveer makes a full recovery from his tricky injury and that too before time. Now, let’s just wait to see Ranveer’s transformation. It is going to be a sight!” In the meantime, tell us how excited are you for the movie in the comments section below!
