Bharat teaser: Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, Bharat stars Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif, Tabu, Disha Patani, Sunil Grover and Jackie Shroff. The tagline of the film reads, ‘A journey of a man and nation together.’

After creating a lot of buzz around the teaser release date of Salman Khan starrer Bharat, the makers released it a day before Republic Day. Matching the patriotic mood of the nation, the teaser shows Khan as a patriot who takes pride in his name ‘Bharat’.

The teaser begins with a scene from India-Pakistan partition and a young boy (probably Salman) watching it happen. What follows next are few high octane action scenes and a glimpse of Salman as a naval officer. Soon, we get to witness a typical hero entry of the actor as he rides through a ring of fire on his bike.

From the over one-minute clip, we know that Salman Khan is going to be a die-hard patriot who thinks that adding a surname to his name ‘Bharat’ will be a disrespect to the nation. The tagline of the film reads, ‘A journey of a man and nation together.’

Bharat seems to have all the prerequisites for a successful Salman Khan movie. However, the other cast members are missing from the teaser of the Ali Abbas Zafar directorial. The film also stars Tabu, Katrina Kaif, Jackie Shroff, Sonali Kulkarni, Disha Patani, Sunil Grover and Nora Fatehi.

Bharat, reportedly, is an official adaptation of a 2014 South Korean film Ode To My Father. It is produced by Atul Agnihotri’s Reel Life Production Pvt Ltd and Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series.
